Northeast Delta Dental Race to the Top of Vermont

                            13th series – race 1 of 6

                           Sunday, August 30, 2026

Congratulations to all that took part in our 1st race in the 13th Northeast Uphill Mountain Series, the Delta Dental Race to the Top of Vermont 😊

It was less than a week, and two weeks before race #2, that I found out we would be allowed up to 30 Mount Washington by-passes for the 2028 race, therefore will include the Mount Wachusett 3-Mile Race again.

With these races being so soon after even knowing if the NEUHMS would continue…I’m including everyone (that I know of) in the standings that have been in the series in the past. Please don’t take this as asking you to join in the 13th, but as a Thank You for your support over the years!!! Anyone that does wish to join the info will be @ the very end.

Donna and I came up on Saturday to save the early morning drive AND as I’m not a morning person this was a big help 😊 After checking into the Motel, we went and picked up our bibs.

Meeting other there is always nice ðŸ˜Š

That evening we had dinner with old friends Joe and Barbara @ Joe’s newly purchased condo in Stowe. It was really nice to catch up and hear about some of their past, recent and upcoming Ultra’s. Joe will be supporting Barbara in the Run Rabbit Run 50-Miler in Steamboat Springs September 19th @ 6am. Best of luck!!!

Sunday morning, we packed up and headed to the race. Glad we walk uphill to the start so it will be downhill after we finish 😊

Let the FUN begin!!!

A big shout out to winners Meikael Rousseau  & Lindsay Piraino 😊
